My Thanks go out to ladibug for her idea on this and for writing up the majority of this lovely gesture!I thought maybe we should give everyone here at ”rfsfa” a bit of a background of us. Who we are, where we are from ,how we met and more.
Lets start with who we are:
I am ladibug aka Melissa
My lovely partner lily pad aka Susan
Now calm down. Yes, those are our real names but…we chose ladibug and lily pad for reasons, so please use discretion when trying to get our attention. We may not answer you!!!!
I, ladibug (Melissa) live in buffalo ,new york. I am happily married since 1994 to a great guy, joe. We live in a tiny one bedroom house with two dogs, lucielle (mastiff) and stella (boxer) there are also two cats that own us. Twinkie and Kiki I have to say that they own us because its true, you just cant own a cat. I don’t have any children myself, but…I do have a step-son, Jason…single by the way, he is a great kid (over 30 yrs old) he lives in Rochester, about 2 hours from us. And we don’t see him nearly as often as we would like.
I have a beautiful niece “Hannah” who just turned three and then my new nephew john William was born on june 18 2008
There is a lot more too tell ya, but…I am saving that stuff for my book.
Now for lily pad (Susan). My great friend, Susan lives in Oregon. She too is happily married to a great guy, Walter (hi Walter) together they have a beautiful daughter. Because it is not my place to give out all her secrets, I will let Susan fill in the blanks.

First of all, I am "SO" proud of my freind Melissa! She is the most awesome trustworthy friend I have ever met! Not to mention, she's funny & FUN! LIKE O,M,Geee! We finally got to meet one another just recently and what fun did we have with my sister hanging along! I also have a stepson & stepdaughter, 2 cats, 2 dogs, birds and a fish tank. I am a happy well settled person who loves to remain humble in the eyes of our great lord. I love to play the clairnet, make friends, dance and help make people happy. There is nothing like passing on the real world of freebies for everyone! Many people have no clue about freebies and with the economy these days, I feel its important to pass along the word and benefit.....so, this brings ladibug and I here for YOU!
I am sure her and I will continue this more adding more adventure and memories we remember as we go along.
Okay, enough about our boring lives. Lets tell you all about how we met !!!
Being novice freebies hunters, both of us. Way back in January of 2007 Susan and I joined a coupon contest at a site we both belonged to. Here is the information:

For this part of the story, I am mimi1234 and susan is skunk. As you can see she kicked my butt in the contest, but…we had so much fun competing that…I just had to know this “skunk” person. When you “pm” someone its easy. But…getting our nerve up to exchange phone numbers was another story. How do you know who your talking too??
Finally, one of us got up the nerve to call the other one.
We spent sometime after the contest joining other free sites together. While we had fun looking for great free offers and coupons…we just knew there was more for us.
So…almost a year to the day after the coupon contest we, together started “realfreestuffforall”
Thus, lily pad and ladibug where born.
My friend susan has turned out to be one of the greatest people I have ever met. And yes, we have met… susan and her sister came to buffalo new york on june 12 2008 and stayed for a week. I don’t think I have ever had more fun. I am enclosing pictures for you to view of our vacation. We visited Niagara falls, new york. And we went to the 51st annual Allentown art festival. We even did some of the night life in buffalo. Which I didn’t even know it could be so exciting. I took Susan and her sister to meet my family, they were just thrilled to meet the girl who I cant stop talking about!!!! Even my niece Hannah who just turned 3 years old, took “susies” hand and they were instant friends.
